Booking and Cancellation Policy

Customers can make bookings through our website or by contacting us directly. Once a booking is confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirmation. If the customer needs to cancel their booking, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded.

Fares and Payment

Fares for our services are calculated based on the distance traveled, time of day, and the number of passengers. Payment for our services can be made by cash, credit card, or through our website. We reserve the right to change our fares at any time, but will not do so without prior notice.

Use of our Services

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for their own safety while using our services and must not engage in any illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior while in our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. We will also not be liable for any damages arising from the loss or theft of personal property while using our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Stingray Cab, its affiliates, and its licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of our website or services, (ii) your violation of these terms and conditions, or (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, property, or privacy right.
